If a unit requires more loads to be done, please discuss with us! We may need to charge additional for the time. If the laundry/dryer require coins, you will be charged during appointment booking .If your unit does not require laundry service, please let us know and we can provide a discount.
Excessive Dirtiness: If your unit is excessively dirty from the prior tenants and will not be able to be finished in the allotted amount of time, we will let you know and may charge extra for a deep cleaning.
